A live hospital system rewritten in place, module by module

A hospital inventory system for medical and general supplies, replacing a legacy CodeIgniter application one module at a time while the old system stays in production — both share the same live database throughout the transition. Covers the request, approval and distribution flow with row-locked stock transactions proven under concurrency, plus goods receiving, stock taking, stock cards and inventory reports, all governed by the existing per-menu and per-unit permission model. Adds single sign-on, WhatsApp OTP password recovery, and a transparent migration from legacy password hashes to bcrypt.

An automated reminder system for civil servant promotions and salary increments, delivered over a self-hosted WhatsApp gateway. A cron scheduler fires notices at 60, 30 and 7 days out, backed by employee document management, custom message templates, a statistics dashboard and role-based access control for admins, operators and viewers.

POS OKI — Offline-First Cashier

Keeps selling when the internet goes down

A point-of-sale system for a small multi-cashier store, built so the checkout never depends on a connection. The Flutter cashier app writes every sale, shift and void to SQLite first and prints the receipt over Bluetooth instantly, while a background queue syncs to a Laravel API whenever a signal returns. The server recalculates every total in fixed-point decimals rather than trusting the device, and flags stock conflicts, amount mismatches and clock drift for review. A Filament back office covers products, suppliers, goods receiving, stock adjustments, tax settings and sales, inventory and profit reports, backed by 198 automated tests in CI.

Ad spend, agents and shipments on a single board

An order management platform for an e-commerce business running on Facebook ads. Support agents log closed deals, the system exports them to Excel for upload to shipping aggregators, and imports delivery status back. Rounded out with ad campaign management, per-agent performance analytics, financial reporting and product stock control.

I build enterprise information systems — from web and mobile front ends down to the backend platforms underneath them. Most of that decade has gone into healthcare, where systems run continuously and have to keep working unattended.

Good software has to be reliable, operable and legible to the people who depend on it. That means clear data models, honest error states, and interfaces the people using them can learn quickly.
